Ezra Dickinson was trained at Pacific Northwest Ballet for twelve years on full scholarship. Ezra holds a BFA in dance with an emphasis in choreography from Cornish College of The Arts. While at Cornish Ezra was awarded the Merce Cunningham Scholarship, Kreielsheimer Scholarship, President’s Scholarship in Dance, Male Dance Scholarship, Outstanding Dance Major Award, and Dean's List. Ezra has danced for choreographers Maureen Whiting, Dayna Hanson, Zoe Scofield, Wade Madsen, Kent Stowell, Francia Russel, Bruce Wells, Zan Yamashita, Jason Ohlberg, Kabby Mitchell, Marry Sheldon Scott, Amy O'Neal, Pat Hon, and Deborah Wolf. Ezra's own work in choreography and movement installations have been on display in Seattle Channel's Art Zone, 12min Max, Northwest New Works Festival, Next Fest Northwest, Live at The Film Forum, Ten Tiny Dances, The Moore, Gallery 1412, Chop Sue, Act Theatre, Gallery 154, Move, and Heathrow Airport. Ezra is also co-artistic director with Rainbow Fletcher of The Offshore Project.
